Ratings and reviews

I've been using this app for a couple of years now. Suddenly it will not allow me to choose specific services that I do EVERY DAY when attempting to book clients. It is aggravating! Also, if you bring up the app and do not close out completely, it will not work 5 min later. Being an android user, I have already been aware that Apple ios app has more features than the android, but I'm not buying a new phone just to use this app! I would rather go back to paper or find another app that works!

I usually enjoy using this app. it works really well most of the time, but for some reason at the moment on Android I can't access any of the drop-down menus including the back arrow or the calendar. it's up in the line with my notifications and time and I can't get to it so I have to close the app and reopen it to go back. it's annoying

Really wish they would QC changes made. Haven't been able to login for a full week now. There's an extra space where the company is entered. I clients I've never been able to submit a note on. The response I got was to switch to an IPhone! No response after. Oftentimes you have to put breaks for someone's day so they aren't overbooked. I've done a whole day of notes multiple times, the following month I see the same 5 people and the note is nowhere to be found. Customer service very poor.
