Identifying and reporting the issues you come across in your day helps make City Hall aware of important issues and helps them to be responsive to the needs of the community.

• Assign the location of the issue or the software auto-assigns it for you

City Staff will receive your case immediately and you can even use your phone to check on the status and receive messages from City Staff on your request as it is processed.

Ratings and reviews

In app says there is an update but there is none. App often times out without retrieving data. After you have entered a request the app hangs with server error and says to try again later...tried a few times then gave up...zero stars, useless.

Could not get it to work. Keeps saying update available, redirects to play store where there is no update. Also, returns an error the moment you try to submit a report.

App starts and says there's an update, but there isn't one. They claim a response within a few days to things in the app, but nothing to a request in April. This app is clearly abandoned by both the developer and the city.
