I'm not sure what you changed, but viewing an outage map will not let me zoom in to see our outage info. It's grouped with 1000+/- houses now. Also, if you can make notifications work over wifi please. I can get most text thru verizon while connected to wifi, but I can't receive yours. We have no cell service here. Thank you.

Edit 8/25/21: Can't report outage. Get error msg when attempting to report outage: "NO ACCOUNTS AVAILABLE. No additional accounts are available to create a new outage. See the track issue status screen to review existing outages." Won't Remember Password. After installing this app and approving fingerprint ID, it won't remember my password and doesn't ask for my fingerprint. Very annoying and I cannot access the app if I forget my password without great effort.

I have nothing against the app, it works fine, no issues with app whatsoever. My issue is with the company. I honestly don't know how they sleep at night. I know I wouldn't be able to sleep if I was charging crazy high prices like they do. Being a single mom with 3 boys, the struggle is definitely real when it comes to affording bills, especially when my electric is double my rent. And they don't participate in any assistance programs that would help with the ridiculous prices. It's not right.
