strange. I reset my modem, followed the instructions on the smart box screen so I read the qrcode and connected to modem wifi. then I read the 2nd qrcode to install the O2 app. but in the app it says it cannot find the "smart box" or it says it's already paired, so I cannot check or change any setting. the reason I'm fiddling with this is my landlord changed the provider from O2 to t-mobile, and he said there is no need to reconfigure anything. ideas? thank you for your time.

Issue solved. Access to the functionality (entering network configuration) was different than described on online manual page, which should be fixed by the way. The review stars are for the reply, not for the app itself, I still think managing the router through smartphone is an unnecessary step.

The app is in English but all the setting up are in Czech. I set up my smart box with an old phone number, now it logged me out and I can't log in because the box sent the code to my old number that I don't have anymore. There's no other option and I have to set up a new account which is very inconvenient

Hello,
unfortunately, there is a real need to do the O2 Smart Box factory setting, uninstall the app and make a new configuration („Nastavit nový O2 Smart box“).
