The free CardioCoach app offers you comprehensive digital support for your heart health. At the interfaces between the clinic, specialist practice and family doctor, it should help to overcome loss of information. The app promotes the quality of your treatment.
All essential health data such as blood pressure, pulse, body weight, your current medication, but also medical reports, laboratory and x-ray results as well as patient IDs can be recorded by you in CardioCoach and are always up-to-date available for doctor-patient discussions. An appointment calendar for visits to the doctor and the pill alarm clock optimize care. It is also possible to request recipes via the app. In addition, training data for an exercise program can be recorded.

How does CardioCoach work?
After installation, you can simply register and, if necessary, select your practice or clinic. The data is only entered by you as a patient. You can control at any time who can see your data and at what time. The attending doctor can either view the data stored in the app when visiting the practice directly on your smartphone or via an access code that is limited to 30 minutes in the web portal.
