Ratings and reviews

The app experience is overall frustrating: every time I open the app I have to input my credentials again if I want to see my favourites. The login popup asking me if Cyberport is trustworthy is also really odd which suggests poor implementation of the sign-in logic. If I search for something and then I select an item, there's no way for me to go back to the search results, as the back gesture does nothing and there's no "back to search" button. Lastly, English language support would be nice.

Stay away from cyberport! We have ben struggling since August to return a 800euros device that was delivered to us broken. Tried to call, tried the contact from, tried all the email addresses I can find. We got sporadic replies with no conclusion and now since weeks zero reply or ways to reach them. Do not buy with them.

If you are looking for a present for someone... Then use Amazon! You have to wait at least 1 week for the package to arrive. Terrible app and terrible service 👎
