Customer service has never been so quick and easy. With our service app, you have the opportunity to contact us, exchange documents and receive information via your smartphone at any time and anywhere.
We offer the HEK service app in the basic and smart versions. With the smarthealth add-on you have additional access to your personal health data in the smart version. Each version is free and meets the highest security standards.
“Basic” version:
With “basic” you can use our service offering digitally; this version offers you the following functions quickly and free of charge:
• Scan, upload and send documents
• Scan QR codes and answer questionnaires online
• Request membership certificates
• Health & prevention (health hotline, doctor guide, doctor appointment service and other offers)
• Contact via hotline, email, callback service, text and video chat
• Emergency contacts at a glance
• Performance and service overview
“Smart” version:
With “smart” you can use additional services digitally and gain access to your personal data. Since January 1st, 2024, registration using a so-called health ID has been mandatory for all health insurance companies. Therefore, simply identify yourself directly in the HEK service app in order to be able to safely use the following functions:
• All basic functions included
• Digital mailbox for incoming and outgoing documents
• Secure communication via messenger
• Access to insurance periods and salary data
• Edit contact and bank details
• Optional: Activate the “smarthealth” add-on
Add-on “smarthealth”:
With the “smarthealth” add-on, you can manage your health intelligently and mobile in the smart version. You always have access to your personal health data and medical information through your electronic health record (EHR).
We currently offer you the following options:
• View of doctor and dentist treatments with diagnoses and costs per quarter
• Display of prescribed medications and digital medication plan
• Digital vaccination overview and recommendations
• Overview of preventive examinations including reminder service
You will receive all data directly from us upon request. You can add your own information at any time.
