Why you're the only app that doesn't have live tracking or at least timeframe at the day of the delivery!! Please get on with the times update the app with live tracking!!! It makes no sense to have to wait the whole day for a package that one has absolutely no clue when exactly is it getting delivered!!! Had to litterally take a whole day off cause of an expensive package that i needed to get personally had to wait litterally +8 hours front of the house till finally the delivery man arrived!!

Very bad app I ordered a package and they said they couldn't reach us but then they said that it was still in the area where it was sorted. Then they said they'll send it the next day. We were home the whole two days. We checked if our bell doesn't work but it completely does! Very bad service. But they didn't come on the second day too and then finally we told them to kepp it in the hermes shop so we can collect it from there. So I knew that the Package DIDN'T actually come to our house.Frauds!

No life tracking. At 7:00 the parcel may be marked as "in delivery" and all the time until some 16:00 you have to wait for the courier. And if you happen to miss it for 3 minutes - well good luck next time (when is it? guess that yourself) and all those hours of waiting are your only problem. Also they may deliver the parcel to a packet shop just to take it away the next day without a notice. Looking for it is your problem then
