With SIMon mobile, you get a versatile mobile contract – while maintaining complete freedom and full cost control. You have a generous 20 GB of data available every month for surfing, gaming, chatting, and streaming. Should you need more data, you can add more monthly and surf at speeds of up to 150 Mbps. You can cancel the additional data allowance at any time at the end of the month. Perfect!

With the convenient all-network flat rate, you can make calls and send texts to all German networks – and EU roaming is included free of charge. If you're traveling outside the EU, you can simply add an extra option. cannot register for two days since activation. I'm getting L5 error. Only reason that I switched from Aldi is because their app extremely awful and inconvenient, but at least it worked somehow. Ok, I'll change it to two stars as I was able to register on the website, thanks to other user, that pointed that out in the review. Seriously guys, make more user friendly error messages. For example with the information that the registration is possible in the web. Why I should get it from someone else?

Really Pathetic company, I was trying to complete a order with porting request, due to some error on Simon mobile's end the order didn't go through and was stuck on the summary page showing an error. Now they claim (without showing any success message or sending any confirmation email) that order is completed but I can't port the mentioned number and will need to provide alternate number. Don't know why they feel customer has 10 numbers and can provide different numbers for porting

terrible costumer service. no way to talk with them on the phone in english. too small data plans. apparently i was i debt to them because their fault, i received no alert about it (even not on the app) in any way and then they moved the debt to another company that charged me extra for no reason! their costumer support didnt gave a damm about it and hanged the phone on me a couple of times! i would never recommend joining them based on all of this...
