I like the ease of ordering but, everytime I have ordered my medication (about 4 times now), they have never had one of the items. I chose a postal option for ease but so far I have had to download the barcode and go and get it myself anyway. I can always get the medication Lloyds never have in the chemist. The three stars is for the barcode option, it would be a complete waste of time using Lloyd's without it.

The app works fine and it's easy enough to order what you need. It comes in the post straight to you which is great. However, lately, whenever I put in a request, there is always a long wait for the items to be in stock. They show in stock at time of ordering but then go out of stock as soon as I've ordered. It keeps happening so I might end up switching to a different app if it persists.

At the start of us using LloydsDirect, and for several months, the service was very good and worthy of 4+ stars. However, the last few months have been plagued with problems, with various items 'awaiting stock' or 'out of stock', in some cases for several weeks. To compound the problem, Lloyds don't send the other items in that batch until all the items are available, unless you make a specific request. This is ridiculous! Contacting them is also nigh on impossible, so, only 2 stars now.
