App is out of order... No support to call. Whenever I want to pay by card, the driver calls & cancels the ride. Not only that every time, the ride gets cancelled and request. They deduct the amount immediately and don't give me a chance to pay in cash if in hurry & need the ride!! And they charge me cancellation fees for their app problem!! Besides yesterday the app hanged and the driver couldn't end the trip and today I received a deduction of 360 SR.

very bad, when you book ride the cost shows in range. like lowest to highest but mostly when ride finished the cost become more than the highest range. they misleading by putting wrong cost and 99% end with cost more than the range. never recommend. you don't know actual fare while booking the ride. other apps are much better than this.

thw worst app you can use for your trip every driver on the app calls you before he comes to you to make sure you pay in cash, not a visa, and cancel the trip if you pay in visa and the money will already be taken from your visa, and when the driver cancels, they didn't send the money back to you, but they added it to the app wallet
