I signed up for this app/program back in February and have yet to receive any incentives. I reached out to the company multiple times and was told to keep waiting.... On one of my many inquiries, they determined my account wasn't set up correctly. That was corrected and then I was told I would have to wait... again. I've been charging at home way more than normal to meet their minimum requirements, costing me way more than other places that are cheaper kW/h

Hi Antoine, thank you for your review. Earned incentives show on your bill approximately 15-45 days after the calendar month, depending on your billing cycle. To earn incentives you need to charge a minimum of 50 kWh at home and 80% or > of at-home charging during off-peak hours. Please reach out to our support team so that we can review your case.

Your experience will probably vary a lot by what car you have. The app cannot connect reliably to my wife's Toyota, and it requires that you pay Toyota for the remote access features. It connects better to my Kia, but still doesn't get charging times right. For both vehicles it relies on time connected and a battery size to determine kWh, but has wrong information for both vehicles, so charge values are wrong even when they are reported. It might work better with a smart meter.

Does not accurately record the charging amounts. Continues to record off peak charging as on peak charging (therefore negating it's purpose) . The 'smart' charge feature doesn't always actually charge the vehicle. So you wake up to an uncharged vehicle in the morning. Would give zero stars if possible since even different screens within this app don't agree on the charging data recorded.
