The switch to a new phone implied that I had to download this buddy app instead of the Unicredit app. The app could not be downloaded from the country I had on the Google Play Store. Once finally downloaded and having processed the verification codes, the app gives an error message, says that information on my cards could not be downloaded, freezes and looks as if it's buffering but does not proceed. No idea what to do next. By far the worst user experience across all banking apps I ever had.

Too much unnecessary questions, forcing me to chat with the Ai, asking to put a selfie on my page and worst of all making me put a very complicated pin that will be easy for me to forget. I think they exaggerated with the security thereby causing discomfort for the user they think they're trying to protect. Other banks would allow you to use a pin you can remember but this rejected everything. Users need less complicated access not hard security!

Usually I don't rate apps in play store but this is the worst bank service I have ever had. The app doesn't log with the correct password, I sent a lot of emails in this month and no-one replied, the free number closes the call, the chat is useless and even in a Unicredit (the real bank behind) office they said that they cannot do anything to help me. Fortunately I have nothing left in the account. If someone of buddybank can call me it would be really appreciated.
