Ratings and reviews

First, it's a GOOD app. I actually found a house AND bought it using this app. Second, this goes to developers. Change you should make is allowing MULTIPLE choices when selecting properties. For example, I can select "villa" OR "detached house" OR "Maissonette" when doing a search for rent/buy but I cannot select 2 or 3.... it would be better to have the ability to select ALL THREE OPTIONS (but NOT "apartments") as all three might suit my need. There's more, but, limited characters here.

We can't counter offer their asking price, because the original date that the advert was uploaded, keeps changing. So we don't know for how long the add has been on sale for. Please fix the problem. P.s asking prices are stupendous, give the chance to counter offer.

Great to have an app that allows you to filter your results with so many options. Most of the agent websites offer very poor filtering so are not fit for use, so Spitogatos is excellent. However, sometimes the pictures are very poor or non existent. Not the fault of Spitogatos, but perhaps there should be a minimum standard set for the advertisers. Another feature not available in Greek advertisements is a floorplan which would be a great enhancement.
