You just keep on Stealing my Money! I tried to update my balance after topping up via BNI Mobile and there was no incoming balance even though my money had been transferred. This doesn't just happen once or twice, but very often. If you can't make the right application, it's better to JUST DELETE THIS USELESS APP from PlayStore.

I have top up my card BNI Tap Cash via Gopay and it was successful, but my balance did not increase. I've updated my balance many times, it's a waste of time. I had to call CS, which sucks credit. Really disappointing, and annoying people. Please fix the system and refund my money. Very bad.

If you fail to update the BNI TapCash balance, you can make a report either via telephone BNI Call 1500046 or the official BNI account platform so that you can be assisted further, Sis. have experienced update balance failure 3 times. the app really need a fix on the balance update function. it is too unreliable as the sequence of top-up from mobile banking app, read initial balance on this app, and update new balance on this app must succeed on the first try or it will not succeed at all. you will need to call BNI call center, then wait for up to 7 working days and update your balance every now and then to check if it's already solved or not.
