Known Issues:
- Updates may fail if the phone is connected to a VPN network. Please disconnect any active VPN services and restart the app before attempting to update your Milos.
- Some devices running Android 13 may crash or stall when starting the update process while connected to a WiFi network. If that happens on your device, disconnect from any WiFi networks (i.e. ensure you're using mobile data) then retry the update.

Ratings and reviews

Whilst the app aesthetics are good, the user experience for updating the firmware on the Milo's is terrible. Pairing with a Milo seems to work well, but once paired I've never been able to reconnect to a Milo without unpairing and re-pairing each device first. Once connected to a Milo, there are endless prompts before finally being able to install the software updates. And I currently have one Milo that will not update despite factory resets, force stopping the app and clearing the app data.

Cannot update my Milos, I get an error every time. The unit is plugged in and charged, I've I paired and repaired it, restarted both devices, and WiFi was off and there was no VPN in use, on a Pixel 6 Pro. I see people have been complaining about this for months and it's still not resolved? Ugh

Connecting with the Milos is an exercise in patience. Every time I have to unpair and re-pair. The app cannot connect to previously paired Milos. Updating is a hit or miss exercise. Sometimes it works, most often it doesn't. Loose Cannon is a fitting name.
