Ratings and reviews

It's been a great app until I want to cash out the parent wallet. I keep getting an error code. It's very frustrating. Please fix this error. Once this error is fixed. I can give the app 4 or 5 rating. The only other thing is I wish it would say on the deposits is which bank a deposit comes from not just say bank deposit. That would be very helpful. Fix this two things and this is a 5 Star app!

It's super frustrating. It worked well for a few years. Now, it won't connect to my bank account despite the customer service advice/recommendations. Finally, I tried opening another account, which also displayed more error codes at the initial start of setting up the account. Also, customer service support is only via email, which also is time consuming because there is so much back and forth. I feel I'm spending a great deal more time than is reasonable. Thus, I closed the account today.

Support lacking. Really needs 24/7 support due to access to bank accounts. Notifications don't work, allowance can't be deleted (just altered), auto savings deposit stopped working and no way to reinstate. The ease and look of the GUI is its only positive and I like that I can quickly shut it down if needed. Will prob explore other options due to lack of support and app fxn inconsistencies. I really wanted to like this bc the idea/design is perfect, but the reality is not.
