- Health passport: synthetic health profile;
- Diary: scheduling of activities / reminder (acquisition of measures / vital parameters);
- Self-Report for symptoms;
- Measurement management: acquisition of vital parameters (heart rate, oxygenation, temperature), through the use of a wearable device.
