it's not working, it just says, can't connect to the internet, and exits...

The UI is ok but the app always seems to be down. havent been able to check account in days

WORST - Worthless App. Have tried to login the app because I need a token to be able to buy online. I have been attempting to log in since 10/2023, been to the bank for them to help me without success. Even bought a new phone hoping that it would work, but no luck. Frustrated of this stressful situation! Agents at bank says they can't do anything because it's the app that is not working. Sent like 10 request to app tech's to fix or help, no answer on any of them! Please fix bugs!
