Never works Every time I try to sign in it says connection down try again later. I have no connection problem its the app
Ehh The main reason I have this app is to be able to check my account wherever, whenever. I get the "account unavailable" screen too many times. Edit: my original post was on 5/16 now on 8/31 I'm still having the same issues. The app won't even open most of the time and the handful of times I do get passed the log in page it tells me that the account is unavailable. I then try to sign in on my computer and it says it's down as well. I will be switching banks soon since I can't do anything online.
Does not work at all It has been several months since this app has been able to connect to their network. I can't do so much as check a balance.
It does its job. But could use a UI update to material design. Like the Capital One wallet app. It does its job but is an eye sore especially since it's a direct port of the iOS app.
Won't allow me to make payment *resolved (The was *resolved 6/27/15;app started to work;*resolved) an additional card to my account. Now I can not make a payment or view past payments via this capital one app. I can make a payment on my laptop and view recent payments but the app tells me to call the 800 number. What happened? Everything was working just fine before I applied and added an additional capital one card.
Unequal treatment Just reconverted from ios to andriod , its funny to me that capital new cool easy to use very functional app is only available to apple users, i find it discriminating and disrespectfull if not in poor taste to treat the android using customers this way . Are they trying to tell their android using customer something?
