Llevo casi una semana sin poder accesar a la app y no me no me ofrecen solucion. mi ticket de soporte lo cerraron. No recomiendo a esta aplicación de ninguna manera. I have not access to the app since almost a week after I installed last update from September 2025 reléase. I raised a ticket without answer. I definitively do not recommend this app. When you are mot able to use your own money and have no other ways to make use of it is very awful.

love this app I don't understand how so many people have problems with it, I have had it for a couple. of years, I live outside mexico and still I have never run into any incident with either service or the app

Muy bien. Albo has been great so far and is very easy and convenient. If you don't speak Spanish there is a bit of a learning curve, but once you get the hang of it, it's great. My only request would be to have an English version along with English emails for Gringos using it, and have more options when paying Servicios, for instance, recharging my IAVE card.
