Great support staff, barely mediocre and buggy software. Gets the job done most days, but have to work around so many issues. "Fixes" come every 2 weeks according to support, but hard to see that anything is actually fixed. Have reported several issues and nothing has changed. Still one of the better apps, definitely not the best. 3/26/2025 - app repeatedly crashes and won't save workouts. work around is to screenshot the workout, uninstall the app, reinstall the app, the log the workout again.

I have had this for a short time but so far enjoy it. I am learning with my clients. Sometimes they seem to struggle with their nutrition saving after entering. I was doing everything seperate as for progress, plans, nutrition, payments.. this is everything all in one. It has saved me so much time and energy! I am absolutely terrible with technology, but the help, replies pretty quick and are very kind. I love it.

UPDATED: I was mistaken in my previous review, so I added a star to be fair. The new app still has workouts designed for females, BUT they're difficult to find because they're embedded in the marketplace. Also, the female workouts are not nearly as well-structured and comprehensive as the workout offerings for men. I still don't think the price increase from $20/month to $50/month is justifiable from a value-added standpoint. For $50/month, I expect more.
