Ratings and reviews

Something wrong with the app. Booked a Sedan because of luggage. But a hatchback came. Didn't cancel as I was already late. Had an uncomfortable ride throughout. 2nd time this is happening in last 4 trips. No refund given earlier too. Want refunds of the difference in fares for both trips..

3rd class application and the below mentioned points are very disgusting 1. We directly contact to driver. 2. Driver is not responding the call. 3. After booking the cab, driver moving in wrong direction. 4.After accepting the drive cancel the booking after 10 to 15 minutes.

Good app. The driver and the customer both save money. An Indian app. I have started using it and am enjoying it.
