Doesn't let me buy subscription even though I've added two cards, searching is horrible and you can't buy the ticket directly (extraurbano) but you need to find the distance and buy the right amount. UI is terribly outdated and unintuitive and app reports saved files to "localhost". I hate it

Appalling! The app does not work. The code does not arrive. The customer service is unresponsive and unhelpful. There is no explanation. There is no way of getting a receipt. A complete disaster.
