About this app

The official UNICO Campania app allows you to:

buy integrated and corporate tickets to move around by public transport throughout the Campania Region, with the following companies:
AIR
ANM (Autolinee only)
BUSITALIA CAMPANA
CTP
EAV
EAV Autolinee
SITASUD CAMPANIA
TROTTA BUS
 

consult the timetables of all the companies

organize your trip, inserting the point of departure and arrival, and seeing all the solutions you can choose from, including integrating multiple transport companies

discover the stores closest to you

find the fare associated with the route you are interested in

always have everything at hand, without the need for paper tickets.

 

To purchase tickets, just create an account with email and password and choose between top up the credit in the app or use one of the many payment methods available: Visa and Mastercard, Satispay, SisalPay, Masterpass, Postepay and PayPal (for amounts from € 50 up). You can also register your card and use it when you need it without re-entering all the data every time.

 

With your personal account you can always have travel tickets with you, in the My titles section, but also access the complete list of all purchases in the Movement List.

First, when registering, I never received the SMS code. I was able to use my husband's number, and it worked. Not sure why as we both have Italian numbers... Then, we could not get it to register our credit card or debit cards. I guess they don't accept American Visa's?? Though, I have not had trouble anywhere else in the world...... except China but that is a whole other thing. Very disappointed that this app can't do what it should.

Garbage. It took me 10 minutes just to buy a damn ticket, another five to activate it, it kept telling me "An error occurred. Try again later." There is no real time information whether or not the bus i'm waiting for is actually operating (it wasn't), but i did get to see available e-scooters in the area.

The app works great once you finally get signed up and figure out how to use the home/explore page to find stops/station names. the schedule feature is also very nice. the ability to favorite stops and routes is really nice. definitely the best way to be able to plan how to use the buses as a tourist otherwise there is no way to quickly find a way between point A and B reliably. It does have an issue with the screen not working sometimes. Please contact me if you want a bug report.
