Since three months, services on the app do not work. I'm unable to fund my account and it keeps telling me this service is not available at the moment. The customer care is dormant and can't attend to my query.

all wuna di craze how will I do good deal from a qious them ur app comes and tells me my number doesn't qualify for good deal or when I finally verify the number after a day or 2 I come back and they tell me my number doesn't qualify for good deal useless app🤦

Sorry for the frustration. Good Deal / MTN Boost eligibility is controlled by Orange/MTN and rotates—a number may be eligible one day and not the next. Switchn only checks and applies when eligible. please do not use this App for any money transfer, cuz when the operators got transfer issues that's when Switchn steals it. they stole my 5k and never sent it back till date which they said they did and they never take calls, just thieves

When MTN/Orange have a temporary issue, transfers can fail; Switchn never keeps your money—failed transactions are automatically refunded (to your Switchn Prepaid Funds, or back to MoMo/OM on request).
