not good. but usually works. they have down time but they get it working soon when it is down. and it isn't down too often. i notice it about once a month & i probably send about 30 times a month. one nasty experience is when typing in a currency amount, you can easily try to press 4 zeros and only 2 or 3 get attributed. so then you have to press 0 again 1 or 2 more times and then have to wait to see if the app adds those zeros. this is quite annoying that it loses 'button' presses in the app.

Slowest annoying app! Been trying to send money for over 12hours! Restarting the app did nothing, it's just stuck on start page. Uninstalling didn't get result either. Password wasn't recognized so i tried resetting but haven't received the code even after several tries. Stupid app doesn't work! It's beyond frustrating.

this app used to be one of the best apps to send money quickly overseas, but now it has become one of the worst. You can't even log into the app now and everytime you put in your information, it keeps saying it doesn't match our records, but if you try to set up a new account with the same information it says doesn't match our record, it says there's an account existed already with that information 🤔
