Photo ID Even though wave pays more to the recipient for less compared to other service providers, I don't like the idea of providing my photo ID for verification before I can send money. It is risky. I wish wave can remove this requirement. Other online providers don't ask for photo ID. And looks like truly no customer service. All these issues raised here and response from customer service. Really?
It sucks Limited network compare to Worlremit , poor customer service, exaggerated comparison. And there is nothing free in this world, if the sender does not pay any commission the receiver will pay it any way.
Not good. Hate their customer service My account was compromised and they have refused to fix my account or open a new one for me. I have now switched to sawapay which is fast simple and zero fee..
Sorry ass app Customer service sucks they ask me 10 different times to send in photo which i did every time then turn around and tell me my account is closed for suspicious activity...they dont know anything they manager will give me a call still waiting....i do not recommend
Great app The only reason that I don't give 5 stars is because there was a little bit late to deliver the money it wasn't the next day like they said it took a week for my parents to get the money but besides that it's a great app I really love it
Poor customer support I really admire this company and their project and do not in any way want to take away from the positive things they are doing, but from the beginning, I have had a very difficult time getting clear and timely responses from customer service. Unfortunately the end result for me is that I am in a sort of limbo state (they have been "verifying my ID" for about a week), and I cannot send cash to a dear friend in need. I must look into other options, unfortunately.
Bug fixes and improvements.
