Fraud!!! This app used to work originally, after the updates, I tried to make a payment, I got insufficient funds notice, my balance indicated that I had more than the amount I was making payment for, I reached out to customer service on the app, rather than resolve the issue, they asked me to top up on my balance. After that, they debited my account to a negative. The app terms states there'll be $0 charges for top up but they charge $1 + 2% of the total amount for top up. Fraud!!!

I made a Transfer to the Zed app from my palmpay as i wanted to test the new features, i tried transferring the money back to my palmpay account, the first transfer was confirmed successful yet didn't credit me then it was reversed back into my zed account, the second transfer was also confirmed successful, it hasn't credited me nor is the money in my zed account anymore, please i need my money!

Hey zed, I've been experiencing issues with transactions for the past two week and some days. I reached out to customer service with no response. Tag your Twitter account still nothing, call the contact on your profile got no response. Can you please assist? It's frustrating not being able to complete transactions at all. I'm thinking have been defrauded right now.
