Incredibly stupid app. Bookings randomly disappear. Can't add extra driver (no error feedback). Upon creating an account it doesn't say you need to verify a bank account, it randomly pops up after pushing other buttons. Not even proper validation of the bank account if it contains spaces. Even the password field has a reveversed reveal button. I can't believe they make you pay a commission for using this retarded app!

Renting cars is a breeze but UX/service is a nightmare. Textboxes are barely editable on phone (only 256 characters allowed for questions, really?), chatbot is really lagging with fixed answer options and makes simple mistakes (answers in English even though I selected Dutch) and there is no way to contact human support directly. Please have a thorough look at your service components Snappcar, because it's riddled with simple bugs.

Useful app! One annoyance is that the prices that at are shown in the list overview do not correspond with the prices shown if you look at a specific car. For example in the list overview you'll see a car listed for €20,10 per half day, but if you click on it it shows the car actually costing €33,32 per half day. Just show the actual price in the list overview instead of misleading your customers! :)
