About this app

The Mobile Bank application from SpareBank 1 gives you easy access to the most used banking and insurance services when you are on the go. In addition, the app gives you an easy way to contact us.

The Mobile Bank app provides full control over your accounts, cards, payments, savings, loans and insurance policies - and of course, you can order a variety of services and products. We will launch new services throughout the year. The app also includes insurance claims, your travel insurance card and you can contact our real estate broker.

The Mobile Bank must be activated with BankID. After activation you can use a self made PIN or fingerprint to sign in.

Overall good. On main screen, very much i miss quick overview of invoices and other this month payments. To find my upcoming efaktura i need to go through several pages. The button "Endre godkjent eFaktura/betaling" is not working. Update: i checked other buttons in eFaktura -> frequently asked questions and none of the buttons work.

Worst banking app I've ever used. Basic functionalities are just buggy and might not work at times, basic features and reporting features that you would expect to see in a banking app are either missing or too basic. When I needed to chat with support they asked me to call because the bankID login link they sent me in the app was showing me a black screen and took a few days to figure out on my own that I had to reinstall the app to be able to transfer money to other accounts and pay my rent!

1. The app doesn't use the account nickname I set up on the Web site. All accounts have the same name + account number! It's inconvenient. (My accounts are Sparebank SR bank account). workaround is to rename your accounts in the app. 2. The real issue is that the app does not know/show the address book. I make 90% of my payments to people that are saved in my address book. I don't remember my recipient account numbers. All things considered, the app is still good enough to check your balances.
