The app is alright and got slightly faster over the years, but it still often doesn't know when the hour of power was changed through the website and keeps sending notifications for the previous one until I open it. This feels like it should be a solved problem in 2025. On that note: please add an option to switch to 24-hour time in the hour of power dropdown.

probably the worst customer service I have ever seen. it is impossible to use the app online chat. You have to wait 2 hours, and then it auto refreshes, and you lose your ticket, then you have to start all over again.

Terrible app, very buggy and slow. Opens a browser just to log in. But much worse than that, AWFUL COMPANY. Horrendous prices, huge fees, terrible support, they hold your number hostage when you try to transfer your number to another provider. I hate this company and recommend you to seek ANY alternative company over these money-grubbing scam artists.
