It is very easy to message the office for routine requests to approve refills for meds. It is easier than calling, being put on hold, leaving a message to speak with the medical assistant about a concern or question, then waiting for that return call. If you miss the return call, you have to start all over. The message system seems more efficient.

Highly recommended, can usually see test results before you even hear from your doctor. Seeing upcoming appointments is simple, gives all the details you need, gives you the ability to add events to your phone Calendar so you can easily keep up with your appointments in your busy home schedule. and many more perks.

I try to use My Chart very often. It confuses me. I'm up in my years & not very internet savvy. I have to use my smart phone bc I don't own a computer. Sometimes I can use MyChart with no problems. Other times it's as if MyChart has updated & I'm totally lost. It's not fun getting old, especially in this internet world.
