Ratings and reviews

The app won't even open. I want to be able to use it on my phone so I'm not always tethered to my computer for accepting and ending passes. I have already uninstalled and reinstalled it twice. When I try to open it, it immediately closes. Why have an app if it doesn't work??? Very disappointed. I have a pixel 8. Is that the problem? Is the app not up to date with new tech?

One Star – Dangerous Glitch This app sent my child out of class during a real lockdown due to a glitch that approved the wrong hall pass. No alerts, no location tracking—just 30 minutes of terror while no one knew where they were. My child was alone, hiding, while the school was in danger. This app isn’t just unreliable, it’s unsafe. Parents and schools, do not trust Securely Hall Pass with your kids' safety.

The app is actually unusable. Do not bother installing.
