nice and simple user interface. some issues using it though: 1. delivery status doesn't update automatically. had to log out and relaunch the app just to get updates. 2. app doesn't use the 'saved locations' at all when arranging a pick up. 3. not an app issue but more service-related. riders need more training in understanding instructions. my experience was that the rider went straight to the landmark expecting that it was the exact pick up location.

3 stars for now. The app is working and I love the delivery log but a lot can be improved and fixed. First, the rider tracking is not real time. The pin wasn't moving for a long time and then surprise your rider is here. Second, if you don't pay for the express fee then be ready to wait and wait and wait. It took a total of THREE HOURS from the time I placed my order to the the time I received my item. Lastly, there's no option to share the details with the other party (sender/recipient).

SUPER DELAYED SERVICE! Riders are accommodating multiple bookings, even from other delivery service (Lalamove, etc). It's already been an hour since we booked the service and the item still hasn't been picked up. We then decided to cancel and use Lalamove. It seems their rate is more favorable to the riders. Hope you can improve your service but now I cannot recommend this app for delivery needs. Not convenient.
