This app really bad one. always have same bug issue. customer care doesn't know much about the bug. The only solution for the bug they give is cleat the cache and re-download again. sometimes it does work and sometimes doesn't. what waste of time.

Worst app ever used when selling my coins not able to release the payment button as the order keep refreshing itself and keep bugging and keep kicks me out the app and even though already clear the cache still appear the same need to login through my laptop and release the payment which is so bad and waste time👎

Everyone heads up as got ripped off my 788,000 naira all in the name of patronizing their p2p trading avenue on the HTX app, I created an order on which the platform normally stands in as an escrow for each transaction and they will only release coins after payment has been confirmed by the seller, sad enough I made payment to the account details the seller had on his profile and click paid to let them release me what I have debited myself and credit the individual they registered on their app.
