I made a booking today at 6:25 PM for home sample collection, and this is what happened: We called the rider, and he said he was busy and would be there around 9 PM. Then the rider was changed, the booking was rescheduled, the rider was changed again, and then it was canceled. What kind of negligent service is this? I'm giving one star because even the customer service on WhatsApp today was super slow in replying. They seemed to try to entertain multiple customers at the same time.
