This is the new Santander App designed to give you total control of your financial life and ready to evolve with you. The Santander App is the simplest way to manage your money securely, whenever and wherever you want. Discover a new, more modern, customizable and easy-to-use version. It includes the well-known features, but also some new features that will make your daily life simpler and more practical.

• Onboarding: Customize your App – wallpaper, your in-app name, preferences and access ways
• Global Position: The point of access and management for your entire financial life in the way that suits you best
• Consult: Get a quick view and access to details of all your contracted products
• Configure Global Position: Choose the home screen that best suits your everyday needs and demands
• Pay with camera: Make QR code payments through your mobile camera
• Notifications: In addition to accessing notifications we now give you access to all relevant documentation that is already available on NetBanco
• Send Money: The space that centralizes all your money transfers – normal and immediate transfers, appointments, MB WAY,...
• MB WAY: Send in a practical way to phone numbers and now see which of your contacts are adherents
• Share: Share your movements and operations via SMS, WhatsApp or another application available on your device
• PIN and Biometrics: Access your App securely and quickly through a PIN for facial recognition or fingerprint

Kept getting this message for a while: Unable to access at the moment, go to netbanco to fix the issue. May 24 update: this is the worst app and bank. Sending money takes 3-6 days, while all other providers are instantly. The bank blames the app?!!🤣

I keep on receiving the same survey every time I want to close the app. also I can not use the broker area for investments.

Biometric access a big improvement makes App more user-friendly than earlier version. But, definitely not impressed that its been impossible to make an online transfer for over a week, and installing the latest version as advised by helpline - makes no difference whatsoever!!! Repeated message says; '......the service will be available in a few minutes' - completely ridiculous situation for an international bank!!

Bom dia! Verifique se tem a movimentação de contas ativa, indo ao menu lateral/Área pessoal/Segurança. Se estiver ativa tente efetuar a operação no NetBanco mobile, indo a www.santander.pt no seu telemóvel, e verifique qual o erro que lhe surge. Obrigado
