Using Move ride is very easy, here’s how it works;

- Download the app and create an account
- The app will request you to enter your destination and choose your pick up location
- You will see your driver and vehicle details, and track their arrival at the pickup location through the map
- After the ride, you will be able to pay through the app, you can rate our drivers and the service in general.
- You will receive your receipt via email and SMS notification

Don't like complaining but at this point, move Rwanda is not close to being reliable when its app had utterly failed giving way to drivers who like taking advatage to do so even for a short trip. I tried to reach out the call centre with no luck. 40 minutes waiting to get a ride is crazy. I wonder why they can't fix these repeated issues. I am looking for options.

i don't like to complain but this is too much. Some drivers are horrible, arguing and being rude not even trying to understand "the customer" that the app can give false measurement. Just pinned my last traject on google maps 3km but the app showing the same route and giving 9km. i called the cost center they admitted their mistake but the driver still didn t refund me the total amount just made me explode inside. call them (call center) back but no response and this is not the first time

One of the dumbest apps in history! It takes about a minute to launch, while Google Maps, for example, does it in a second or two. If you want to zoom in by stretching the image with two fingers, it won't work! The app will just rotate the map, but not change the zoom. You can't specify a point on the map, there is no normal choice when ordering, the prices are not fixed... People, just don't pay them at all!
