Bad customer service When you evaluate a store they can remove the reviews and I got a dameged item tell now the seller won't return it and no customer support from mahally agents

I live in Qatar and I placed an order from a store in Saudi Arabia. The seller said I can track my order through this app; however, I need a Saudi number to use the app, which I do not have.
