One of the best banking applications I've used. It has a great and clear interface, with loads of features. Only problem i have is the fact that for some reason, i get an error when adding an international beneficiary. And when the desired beneficiary is added through the branch, i would still receive an error when i try to transfer the money. Other than that, the application is amazing.

Your service quality is extremely poor. The Al Rajhi Bank app is often inaccessible; I haven’t been able to log in for a long time, and many others are facing the same issue. Access works only sometimes, causing major inconvenience for a public service. Also, your currency exchange rates are much lower than other banks. This is very frustrating and reflects badly on your service.

I am very disappointed with Al rajhi service. Even after giving the correct password for my account, the account was not being taken. Later, it got blocked. After calling the customer center to unblock it, now the password is not being changed. Even after giving all my documents correctly, it repeatedly said that the PIN was wrong. When I went to the branch about it, they told me to call the customer center. When I called the customer center again, they told me to go to the branch.
