One of the best banking applications I've used. It has a great and clear interface, with loads of features. Only problem i have is the fact that for some reason, i get an error when adding an international beneficiary. And when the desired beneficiary is added through the branch, i would still receive an error when i try to transfer the money. Other than that, the application is amazing.

I purchased three Zain recharge cards from the Al Rajhi app, but the card numbers are not showing. I keep getting a timeout error, while the money has already been deducted from my account. This problem is happening every time, and many of my friends are facing the same issue as well. We have already submitted complaints, but no proper solution has been provided yet. Also, there is no Urdu option available in customer service, which makes it difficult to explain the issue. Please solve this pr

I am trying to add a new beneficiary, but I always receive a notification saying that the data is incomplete. Additionally, when I open the app, it redirects me to Google Chrome instead of working within the app itself. If the app depends on Google Chrome, then what is the purpose of having a separate bank app? Kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible.
