One of the best banking applications I've used. It has a great and clear interface, with loads of features. Only problem i have is the fact that for some reason, i get an error when adding an international beneficiary. And when the desired beneficiary is added through the branch, i would still receive an error when i try to transfer the money. Other than that, the application is amazing.

I have very worst experience with bank app, after opening an account I have received a verification call from bank that was in Arabic and I don't know Arabic. The call must be in English. After that, I tried several times to login but it shows me the error that my phone number is not registered. To resolve the issue I have visited the nearby branch but the staff is very incompetent and non cooperative.. they didn't guide customers properly. I am very disappointed from Al-Rajhi Bank.

Worst bank and Worst Mobile Banking APP ever, with every update, new bugs are being added in addition to the slowness and unexpected logouts and the frequent freezes, now I am not able to login after the new update!!! Inspite of removing the cache and even uninstall and install the App again, nothing is working!!!! Please, don't comment the cliché of providing more details as you are already aware of your own issues!!!!
