The app uses AR technology in your phone to measure the distance from the tree and the angle to the top of the tree to get an estimate of its height.

In order to get the best results, hold the camera in an upright position when you walk away from the tree. Don´t point the camera to the ground. Try to stand some distance from the tree and have a good view of the top of the tree.

App seems to do what they say it does, it's measured tree height with fairly good accuracy, I used my dji drone to check the measurement and a range finder to check and it was always within a foot or two give or take so it will help you get a good enough measurement to do what you need whether it be estimates or etc. ❤️ amd no pop up ads in my face was the best part! The only downside I've found so far is its fairly hard to find where your stored measurements are saved to 😀

Brilliant if you have to measure a lot of trees, it is worth the purchase. Saved me a lot of time, and is accurate when I compared it to a traditional measuring technique

If the fence is in the way does not really work. Eventually got a clinometer and did a little maths. App said tree 2.53m actual 5m. Uninstalled
