works half the time , but when it doesn't you have to call their support ,which cost you euro per minute , after going through their basic questionnaire of , is your blue tooth is on etc etc , they then tell you to wait for their technical team to call you back . all the while the guy beside you on another companies locker presses four buttons to get his package .

Very disappointed that PostNord forces customers to install an app just to collect a package. Postal service should mean delivery to the customer or a pickup point—without mandatory apps. Many people use work phones and can’t install just anything. This is not customer-friendly but coercive. I wouldn't order again if PostNord is the delivery option. Services should remove obstacles, not add them. I hope this practice changes.

PostNord advertises that you can chat with customer service through the app with the chat function - in reality, if you ever want to anything other than an AI with a few premade answers, it will refuse to connect you with a human, stating that "they are extremely busy". This is a blatant lie, as customer service cannot be "extremely busy" for an entire day. They lost a package of mine and promised to get back within 3 business days. Just like the package, this hasn't arrived. 0/10.
