Ratings and reviews

Uses notifications to send you ads. You can't disable notifications because if you ever go there and order food, you won't know when it's ready. Ad categories not supported. Unethical to send unwanted unavoidable ads (aka spam) to your customers.

Missing possibility top chose a list view instead of picture view. Takes longer time to find and remember what have been chosen. Not possible to see the order after being placed. Not possible to add free text regarding allergies or having a COMPLETE list of ingredients for each dish to read in the app. That would reduce the risk of misunderstanding of staff and safer if the ingredients lost is complete. Especially for rare allergies that some even do not know what it is.

TLDR, small portions, high price, bad food, incredibly annoying ordering experience. Went to Pinchos in Stockholm. App works fine, but food is way overpriced, low quality, tiny portions AND they force you to order through the app, wait and then pick it up yourself. Took 15 minutes to 'prepare' a beer bottle - not even poured. Went to collect planksteak, the waiter grabbed two (obviously cold) pieces with his bare hands and threw them on the plate. Seemed surprised when I refused them. Avoid!
