Ratings and reviews

I tried to make a request. However, it doesn't allow me, as I'm not able to find my location. Sent message to Help Center through telegram, no response. Send through the app also no response. This is even sad after seeing the reply. I need help and there is no sense of asking me whether how they can solve my problem, regarding the 'Pickup Location'. What help I needed. What is your technical support team doing??? It's supposed to help us! Not increase our problem!!!! I can't even make a reques!

This app aims to help people or to increase the 'kampong spirits'. But I didn't expect that people use this platform to be so demanding. Like help sponser food to a family for one week? That's ridiculous. After one convo with a person. It started off by giving a small snack and she demanded for musical instruments? And textbooks??? I'm so done cuz they kept asking for more like as if I have to give everything that I have. These people are taking this app for granted. Bad experience!

I appreciate this initiative and I believe the developers work really hard. Still very laggy and quite a few bugs. The camera function doesn't detect my photos and cos of that I stop using for a while. But I do manage to make some new friends and connect with old acquaintances.
