SHARE NEWS
The Messages tool and Staff Directory provide direct lines of communication between seniors, family, and staff. Seniors stay engaged and informed with push notifications for activities, appointments, and incoming messages.

SHARE INFO
Senior care communities can post information about activities, meals, community birthdays, and important announcements. Seniors can use the moment-at-a-glance Home page to focus on the most current happenings, with easy access to more information via full Calendar, Menu, and Announcement channels.

SHARE LIFE
Convenient media sharing gives seniors access to view and share cherished photos and family videos. Staff can share videos and photos in the community gallery. Automated slideshows bring memories to life.

App crashes when downloading pic. (edit) I am using a Galaxy Note 10+ I run your app. Connect to assisted living community my father is in. Click main menu in your app, click pictures, click all pictures. Scroll down to one my dad is in. Click it. Then click the 3 dots in your app and select download picture. Then the app just closes completely, no error, no message, no download.

I am unable to create an account. It takes my email but it asks for my password. How can I use a password when I can't create an account?

Used to work prior to March 2024 I used to be able to use the app. After the March update it will no longer recognize the community pin which means no access for anyone in the community
