About this app

With Agence de mobilité durable's P Mobile Service payment system, you can pay for your parking space with your smartphone –from wherever you happen to be! It’s simple, fast, and secure!

Enjoy the following advantages:
• Pay from wherever you happen to be;
• Receive a reminder of the time your period of paid parking will end;
• Manage your account and review your transaction history at any time;
• Pay by credit card; no more need to carry change;
• Consult the rates and regulations of parking spaces.

N.B.: 7 ¢ service fees will be charged for every remote transaction.
Each transaction is handled separately from previous ones.

About authorizations requests
When installing the app, you’ll receive a request to authorize P Mobile Service to access your Photos/Media/Files/Location Data/Bluetooth.
Such access is required in order to:
• Benefit from voice-assisted services when making a call through the app
• Receive alert messages via text and e-mail
• Scan your credit card using your smartphone’s built-in camera, which enables you to avoid manually entering information

Rest assured that such authorization won’t enable us to access the files (photos, videos, etc.) on your device.

While the location data and Bluetooth technology features have not yet been activated, they could be of use in future updates.

Eventually, these features *** which you will have the option to activate (yes or no) *** will let you open a GPS-enabled map showing available parking spaces near you.
Please note that while the platform features a location data feature, it is currently unavailable through the app.

multiple issues are visible since the last update, multiple error messages or displayed information is clearly not meant to be seen by the user, and starting a parking session robs you of the first minute or so everytime. I've had parking enforcement be too by the book getting me tickets by the time I pay for my parking in the app that I had to contest, adding on top of that the robbed time on every parking feels like a slap in the face. fix this please, if I pay for 20mins I want 20mins, not 19

no support makes you pay then when time is running out you cant extend but instead pay for the same session wich has no extension on the previous parking spot. the fact you can pay twice for the same spot is such a scam and no way to talk to anyone for help just rude french men on the phone

Bad experience. Multiple failed logins & multiple failed attempt to recognize the parking spot ( either hanging while trying to find it or falsely saying it can't be found. Also hung on credit card processing once (didn't go through and screen blanked). Finally after about 40 minutes of constantly trying, it worked. I hope I don't have a ticket on my car... I was at the hospital and couldn't leave as I struggled with this app to take my money. Is it on purpose to increase ticket revenue?
