What's this madness going on with your app.? I have been trying to transfer airtime to cash to my smartcash Airtel account the whole of yesterday till today and it keeps showing network error and some things I don't understand. Why is the charges so much ? And how is it your problem that I transfer 100% of the airtime amount.? I need cash to do something and your app is frustrating me

This app is a fraudulent app. 24th Oct 2025,I sold N10,000 airtime on this app and was charged N5383, a total of N15,584 was debited from my airtime balance. and I have not received any credit alert on my bank account till date. I reported the issue via the help line on the app and even on WhatsApp line where i was ask to send proof of transaction "SMS" after submitting my proof, they stopped replaying calls/ text on WhatsApp.

how can I rate the app 5 star when I can not contact a customer care concerning my pending payment to my account for airtime I sold to you on your app. it's unfair that I've not received payment, making me think and conclude that I was defrauded. but after a while of about an hour 30min, I was later credited. please upgrade your app and I might recommend someone else
