After a period of use, it can no longer connect to Wi-Fi, possibly due to a software issue as other people have recently reported.

Wifi connection no longer works though blutooth and remotes will still activate the gates. Unable to reconnect with wifi, the controller "sees" the router via the app but constantly times out after trying to log on. Signal strength is fine, even tried using a hotspot right at the controller to no avail. Our installer replaced the wifi controller and were unable to get the new unit to connect either. We purchased the system in order to be able to control the gates remotely.

It works but it often takes a while to connect and says connection busy. But once it connects it functions fine. Although the app is supposed to be compatible with Google Home, I have not been able to get it to work. When attempting to sync with Google it says that there are no devices connected to EyeOpen.... I wish this problem could be fixed.
