Ratings and reviews

Overall, the app is good, but there are still plenty of space for the improvement. It works fine on my smartphone. However, this app can't be used on my tablet to take anything from the local postomate, which is located inside a building, because my tablet has a weak GPS signal. Why do you require GPS at all? Bluetooth is more than sufficient to ensure that a personal device is located near the postomate, being more reliable than GPS. Also, UI can be simplified further to reduce clicking.

The app (old ver.) itself works appropriately. But Soviet quality of customer service and hospitality. Unprofessional staff and couriers. For Ukrainian locals ONLY.

The app has always worked great, easy to track packages in real time and keep track of what you are sending/recieving. However, today it logged me out and i cannot log back in, just keep getting an error messege. Not sure what to do...
