Ratings and reviews

Data about incoming and outgoing packages still does not show up in real time. I have to wait days or more often weeks (roll the dice) for the data to update once. I've done everything I could, and the support is trying to tell me that the problems are on my side and follow app updates - I've been waiting weeks for a fix. At this point I start to wonder whether my expectations are unreasonable. This app is not useful with this data update rate. Just tell me whether this is normal behavior or not

the yesterday's update is a no-no. nevertheless, I hope it'll be fixed. typically I have no problems with it. Replying to the question: There are no parcels on the inbox page or any other. I need to "easy return" my parcel and I cannot do that. I went to the notifications page and found there the needed info, but the easy return function doesn't open the appropriate page ((

Ennoying spam from app, stupid manipulative messages like your parcel missing you, which bothering af. Sometimes could nit open locker coz box was not payed, no info. problems to entrust parcel to another recipient.
